Where are the entrances to the Arena?
We will be operating one main entrance: North Promenade located behind the Beach House Bar & Bistro and Tourist Information Centre with entrance points as you approach from the North.
People without tickets will be asked not to approach these areas and to collect their tickets first from Box Office before heading to the arena entrances, this will help us speed up the entry process.
A temporary box office is situated outside the arena on the Promenade opposite the Beach House Bar & Bistro and Tourist Information Centre. This box office will be available from 12pm only on a show day and will close 15 minutes after the main act has gone onstage.
Tickets will also be made available from the Tourist Information Centre during normal operating hours.
