Stall Application form
All stalls are open from 18.30 – 22.00 on Friday 5th June 2020, 12.00 – 17.00 and 18.30pm – 22.00 pm on Saturday 6th June 2020.
Thousands of people visit Pride Blackpool each year, and hiring a stall is a great way to meet and engage with the LGBTQ+ community and their allies.
Whether you’re a bi community organisation, a small LGBT+ owned business or a major brand, a stall is a great way to be seen at Pride and to meet new people.
We will have a limited number of stalls spaces located within the main arena over the Pride Weekend
All stalls are open from 18.30 – 22.00 on Friday 5th June 2020, 12.00 – 17.00 and 18.30pm – 22.00 pm on Saturday 6th June 2020. Stalls are required to be open for the duration of the event, and we don’t allow stalls to close or break down early, or choose individual days.
The last date to submit your application is Friday 17th April. After this date we review all applications and decide which applications are the best fit for our event. You can expect to hear our decision by the end of April. We receive more applications than we have stalls, so we cannot accept all applications.
We provide a marquee that’s open to the front, and has three walls and a roof. A table and chair is provided along with non-exchangeable staff passes. Additional Tables and chairs are available at a surcharge. Electricity is not available in the marquees.
We do not allow stallholders to bring their own marquee or other structure, and this includes buses, vans or ‘roadshow’ trailers.
Before you apply
There are some items that we don’t allow for sale or give-away, and some activities we don’t allow in stalls. Please check the terms and conditions before you apply.
Food and drink traders should not apply through this system, but instead apply separately via prideblackpool.co.uk.
